Return, exchange, and cancellation policy: The customer has the right to return or exchange within seven days from the date of receiving the product as long as the product has not been used or benefit has not been obtained from it, and the consumer bears the costs resulting from that. The customer also has the right to request compensation or replacement if the product arrives damaged or broken as a result of the delivery process or if the wrong product arrives, provided that the objection is made within the first 7 days from the date of receiving the product. The store has the right to cancel the order if the product is not available in stock. When preparing to return the product, it must be in its original condition with all accessories if any, the attached instruction booklet, and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns of products containing scratches or that were damaged due to misuse or a malfunction caused by using an incompatible voltage.
